  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • All refunds are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at admin@thelittlekoala.com.

Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the issue.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for return and re-shipping costs for exchanges unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • The original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund total.

6. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Items damaged through misuse or improper handling may not be eligible for a full refund.

Additional Notes

  • We do not provide refunds for lost or stolen items.

  • The Little Koala reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the above conditions.
